Accounting Manager, Full-Time
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial data and present key insights to the executive team.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
- Provide insightful analysis of variances, between actual results and budget/forecast.
- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- Internal Controls
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with polices and procedures.
- Financial Strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to drive financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA Preferred
- Proven experience, 5 or more years in a financial leadership role
- Upstream oil and gas expirence preffered
- strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Management experience required
